About Me
Liana Alofa Fonua
My aim at Alofas Beauty is to use my makeup artistry to accentuate and highlight your natural good looks. Always inspired by the unique and diverse beauty of the Pacific islands and our peoples, with a focus on helping you shine your brightest.

I am Tongan and Samoan, born and raised in Mangere, South Auckland, New Zealand. I migrated to Melbourne Australia in April 2022. I'm 27 and a mum of 2 kids, Mia and Laykin, who always keep me busy when I'm not working.
The reason I named my business 'Alofas Beauty' is because its my middle name, after my late nana and because the Samoan word Alofa and Tongan word Ofa both mean love and I LOVE WHAT I DO!
I am a representation of my family, culture and people. Pacifika Proud and creating space for other up and coming minorities like myself, showing them that hard work and consistency can make dreams turn into reality, by being honest, supportive and relatable!

My long lasting relationships I build between myself and clients, are what I look forward to the most. From the moment you book in, we are automatically connected. Its more than just booking or a service for me. Letting a stranger be up close and personal in your space can be uncomfortable and intimidating. I definitely get it! In our sessions we will basically talk about anything and everything or nothing at all. What I've learnt over the years is that you really don't know what people are going through and even though you may be getting some much needed pamper time, sometimes you might just want me to lend an ear or just let you sit and relax. I go off your vibe, no stress!

Giving women the confidence to feel and look their best, fills my cup. I always appreciate the love and support when you trust me to glam you for your special day, whatever the occasion may be.

Thank you for getting this far, I cant wait to meet you x
