Credit, Refunds & Payment Details:
- Non Refundable Deposit $50 per person is required upfront to secure your booking Date, Time and Service.
- Full Payment is Due 1 Week Before your booking Date.
- No Cash on Day
- Payment Details are via Bank Transfer Only. Once you fill out our 'Enquire Now Form' at the end of this page below. I will be in contact with you via Email to answer any questions, confirm your booking and send through payment details and confirmation.
- If you are 15 minutes late your booking will be cancelled. Strictly No refunds. It is crucial you are on time. If I can slot you in same day it will be based on availability and a $50 reschedule fee will be included.
- Credit note will be given if you are wanting to rebook including your deposit 2 weeks notice.
- If you cancel within the 1 week period you will not be refunded.

Cancel or Rescheduling:
- Deposits are Non Refundable - If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason 2 weeks notice is required for a full refund or rescheduling. Excludes the non refundable deposit.
Covid 19 Info: (I am Fully Vaccinated)
I am tested on a regular basis because my business is close contact.

- If we go into lockdown during your booked date. Your booking is automatically cancelled and credited. Unless by law I am still allowed to work than bookings will operate as per usual.
- Deposits are non refundable but with the exception if we go into lockdown your Deposit will be credited for future bookings and valid for a year from Cancellation Date
IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE COVID 19 SYMPTOMS:
- Please stay home, get tested and isolate message me asap to cancel/reschedule your booking. You will be able to rebook only 1 time.
- I understand people may be sick and is not Covid related. Please show a Negative Test result (RAT) taken same day of booking to go ahead or I will have to cancel your booking.
How Do I Pay to Secure My booking?
Fill out all the details in our form below in 'Enquire Now' and add any additional information I may need to know or any questions you have that I haven't answered in the info above. I will than contact you via email and send through your Booking and Payments Details to Confirm. Payment is all done Via Bank Transfer. If you choose to go ahead and secure your booking with a deposit, that means you have Read & Agreed to all the Terms and Conditions above.
